Postup receptu
Kokosovú múčku, strúhanú čokoládu a mleté orechy zmiešame. Potom tam pridáme 3 surové žĺtky (neľakajte sa vzhľadu…ostáva v podstate sypká hmota)
Z bielkov ušľaháme sneh,postupne pridáme práškový cukor, dáme nad paru a šľaháme do tuha. Vyšľahaný sneh stiahneme z pary a postupne pridávame kokosovo-čokoládovú sypkú zmes. Vznikne hustá hmota, znova nevyzerá vábne, ale neľakajte sa. Potom si lyžičkou odoberám hmotu do dlane a formujem gule (asi veľkosti menšieho vlašského orecha). Dobrá rada: ak sa vám hmota veľmi lepí na dlane, trochu si dlaň zvlhčite vodou
Vytvorenú guľu obalím v práškovom cukre. Pocukrované gule položím na plech vyložený papierom na pečenie. Ukladajte ich asi 5 cm od seba, lebo gule narastú, ich povrch sa popraská, čo robí zaujímavý vzhľad koláčika. Práškový cukor na obaľovanie nie je zahrnutý v recepte (cca 100g) Dôležité upozornenie: dodržte stupne + čas pečenia !! Skladujte v uzavretej krabici.
