Ingrediencie : zemiaky 6 ks , fliačky 200 g , cibuľa 2 ks , mletá červená paprika 2 káv. lyžička , mletá čierne korenie , soľ , olej
Postup : Zemiaky uvaríme v šupke, ošúpeme a nakrájame na malé kocky. Fliačky uvaríme podľa návodu v osolenej vode (s kvapkou oleja). Precedené cestoviny zmiešame so zemiakmi, osolíme, jemne okoreníme a dobre premiešame. Cibuľu nadrobno nakrájame a vo väčšom hrnci na oleji popražíme do sklovita, pridáme mletú sladkú papriku a spolu s cibuľkou ešte krátko na slabom ohni popražíme (iba chvíľu, aby nám paprika nezhorkla!). K cibuli pridáme zemiaky s fliačkami a všetko dobre premiešame. Ak je potrebné, ešte dochutíme soľou.
Doporučené prílohy : Kyslá uhorka, alebo nakladaná cvikla.
Poznamka : Pri pražení cibule môžeme pridať na kocky nakrájanú slaninku, alebo klobásku.
